If you forgot both your Apple ID and password, don't worry — you can still recover your account. Start by visiting iforgot.apple.com, Apple’s official recovery page. There, you can enter your name and email address to find your Apple ID. Once recovered, follow the prompts to reset your password using a trusted device or email. If you don’t have access to any of your trusted options, you may be asked to verify your identity in other ways. Recovery may take a few days, but using iforgot.apple.com is the most secure and reliable method to regain account access.
