I need some info regarding Medicare not covering oral appliances used to treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, diagnostic imaging of TMJ and office visits so I can hand to my patients showing medicare will not cover treatment.

Hi Erin! The best place to refer a patient for this information is to the Medicare Part B MAC for your jurisdiction, the payors website generally will offer information relating to coverage policies - i.e. what is and is not covered and why.
