I need some help converting medical codes to dental codes.

This is my guess, but would like some confirmation. :)

21085- ?

21147- reconstruction midface,lefort I, 3 or more, with graft
can be crosscoded to:
D7940- osteoplasty – for orthognathic deformities
D7944- osteotomy- segmented or subapical
D7946- LeFort I (maxilla – total)
D7947 LeFort I ( maxilla- segmented)
21085- Oral Surgical Splint
can be Crosscoded to:
D5982- surgical stent
D5988- surgical splint
21196- Repair, revision and/or reconstruction on the head
I do not see a direct crosscode
