What is the crossover code for D9230-Nitrous Oxide? Can I use 95012? Thanks

I wouldn't recommend 95012, as it stands for: Nitric oxide expired gas determination
(which is a test to determine the amount of nitric oxide that is exhaled from a breath)

D9230 - inhalation of nitrous oxide/analgesia, anxiolysis

D9230 does not have a crosscode, so you can either bill the "D" code on the medical claim (many medical insurers will process the "D" code on the medical claim when they are medically necessary procedures). Some medical insurers will consider this included in the office visit (evaluation & management code).
