I am trying to find where on the CMS website it states that a dental provider has to be enrolled as a DMEPOS supplier in order to bill for an oral appliances. Can you help me with that?

Here is the first sentence on the application: TO ENROLL IN THE MEDICARE PROGRAM AND BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT CLAIMS AND RECEIVE PAYMENTS, EVERY DMEPOS SUPPLIER APPLICANT MUST MEET AND MAINTAIN THESE ENROLLMENT STANDARDS. Hope this helps!
