Hi, Is there a cross code for cavitation bottom right of extracted wisdom tooth?
What would be the icd-10 for infection and pain in the cavitation?

Here are some diagnosis coding options:
K12.2 - Cellulitis and abscess of mouth
R52 - Pain, unspecified
There is not a crosscode we are aware of for the procedure, so typically you can either bill the "D" code on the medical claim (many insurers these days will process "D" codes when they are medically necessary services), or use the CPT code 41899 (Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures) with a narrative description.
