Patient had an existing bridge from 8-10. Bridge was broken by anesthesiologist (#8 & #10 broken at gumline, non-restorable). New bridge placed with implant placement at #8 & #10. What are the medical codes for D7210, D6010, D6104, and D4266? What would the diagnosis codes be? lilyaguilar2525@gmail.com
