We were wondering if you knew any allowed amounts for E0486 for providers participating with the following plans in Minnesota:
- BCBS MN
- Health Partners
- Medica
- UCare
- Preferred One
- Humana
- Aetna

Great question. The allowed amount for E0486 for participating providers will vary based on the contract negotiated, however based on what we hear from our client in that region, the allowed amount will likely range from approx $1300-3000.

That is very broad - we were looking for the specific fee schedule amount for participating providers. Could you at least provide BCBS MN and Health Partners?
