Do you have soap notes formats anywhere to use? Like templates?

Hi Guest!
If you are a DentalWriter software user, DentalWriter generates your SOAP notes based on the information the patient provided in their intake (i.e. chief complaints, symptoms, medical history), and the information entered by the clinical team during the exam (i.e. exam findings, assessment/diagnosis, treatment plan, and completed services). They are not templates letters because they are specific to each patient :)
