Just wondering if anyone has billed for follow up occlusal adjustments following MAGO. Her medical insurance (Regence) actually paid fairly well ($2313) for the splint. Is there a code for any type of occlusal procedures? If not do you think I can bill for a follow up exam at least? The initial MAGO splint placement was in December 2014. I realize splint adjustments following placement is included in the initial cost, but this is more than 6 months later....
Any knowledge or input is appreciated!
