I do not see a letter under the implants that would support a LMN for a congenitally missing tooth. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks, Lara M.

I looked and I couldn't find one. The ICD code would be 520.0 absence of teeth (complete, congenital, partial).
Just write the letter in SOAP format.
