I am trying to submit a medical claim for Root Canal Post Crown on 2 teeth and a ICOM filling MIFL on one tooth after then patient tripped and fell on his face. I can not find the CPT codes to use for the procedures. I was however able to find the ICD code.

When you are filing for services as the result of an accident, you have a little more leeway. Since these services are done to the teeth, you will not find a medical crosscode. I would suggest that you use your "D"codes on the medical claim form. You would use the diagnosis codes for 873.73 tooth broken fractured trauma, complicated.
