Here are some ICD-10 coding options for you:
K03.81 - Cracked tooth
K08.9 - Disorder of teeth and supporting structures, unspecified
There may be additional options available, when you say the tooth was broken due to chemotherapy - what exactly to you mean? Was is a trauma issue, caries, etc?
