D7260 - oroantral fistula closure
can be crosscoded to:
30580 - repair fistula; oromaxillary
D7295 - harvest of bone for use in autogenous grafting procedure
can be crosscoded to:
21210 - Graft, bone; nasal, maxillary or malar areas (includes obtaining graft)
21215 - Graft, bone; mandible (includes obtaining graft)
The two codes above include obtaining the graft.
Otherwise:
20900 - bone graft any donor area
D7320 - alveoloplasty not in conjunction with extractions - four or more teeth or tooth spaces, per quadrant
can be crosscoded to:
41874 - alveoloplasty, each quadrant
D7550 - partial ostectomy/sequestrectomy for removal of non-vital bone
can be crosscoded to:
21025 - excision of bone, mandible
21026 - excision of facial bone(s)
41830 - alveolectomy incl. curettage
