Hello,
Could you help me with a CPT code for D7521
This was the procedure:
Using blade #15 on scalpel to make 15 mm incision in the bottom of the buccal vestibule of the left body of the mandible.

Hi DiAnna!
D7521 - incision and drainage of abscess - extraoral soft tissue - complicated (includes drainage of multiple fascial spaces)
Can be cross coded to:
42320 - Drainage of abscess; submaxillary external
42305 - Drainage of abscess; parotid, parotid,complicated
