Dear Rose,
I'm just getting started with my Dental Writer. There are a few codes that we're using that I want to make sure are accurate and a few procedures that I would like to find the correct CPT codes for. We have a K-7 unit but I'm having some trouble finding codes to bill for those scans.
1. Diagnostic models, mounted.
Using 09950
2. Diagnostic photographs.
Is there a code you would suggest to bill for this?\
3. TENS.
Using code 97014 times the #of 15 minute increments.
4. T-scan/Tekscan.
Using 93875.
5. Myography.
Can we use S3900?
6. Jaw tracking (done with the K-7 unit).
Can you suggest a code?
7. Sonography (done with the K-7 unit).
Can you suggest a code?
8. Orthosis therapy.
Using S8262.
9. Complete occlusal adjustment.
09952
10. Limited occlusal adjustment.
09950
