D7511 - Incision and drainage of abscess- intraoral soft tissue - complicated (includes drainage of multiple fascial spaces)
In Aetna's crosswalk for "Oral Surgery Medical In Nature", the crosscodes for D7511 are listed as:
20005 - Incision of soft tissue abscess(secondary to osteomyelitis); deep or complicated
40801 - Drainage of abscess, cyst, hematoma, vestibule of mouth; complicated
41006 - Intraoral incision anddrainage of abscess, cyst or hematoma of tongue or floor of mouth: sublingual, deep, supramylohyoid
