Hi,
I need a CPT code for D9310 with a specialist who comes in the office(different doctor than GP dentist)
I also need a CPT code for D0150 and D0120, which the general does for the same patient in the same office, thank you.

D9310 - consultation - diagnostic service provided by dentist or physician other than requesting dentist or physician
D0150 - comprehensive oral evaluation - new or established patient
D0120 - periodic oral evaluation - established patient
All of the codes above can be cross-coded to Evaluation & Management (E&M) service codes, which range from 99202-99205 (new patients), 99211-99215 (established patients), and some insurers will accept the "consultation code" set 99241-99245.
