We billed 97530, 97140, 29581 procedure codes for Occupational therapy, We recevied a denial from the payer for the CPT code 97140 for inappropriate modifier, we using GO, 59 modifier for the codes by the below method
97530- GO,59
97140- GO,59
29581 - GO,
what will be the appropriate modifier for this CPT codes
