My icon for my connector isn't in the system tray(low right corner of screen). How do I get it back?

You should have a DWConnector icon on your desktop. Depending on the practice management software you use it will be called DWDentrix, DWSoftdent, DWOrthotrac, DWEagleSoft, DWPracticeWorks). Locate it and double click on the icon. It will then appear back in the system tray.
To make sure the DWConnector loads everytime the user logs into the computer, locate the icon on your desktop, right-click on the icon, copy the icon and add it to your start up program.
To add to the startup program, righ-click on "Start", select "explore all users", click on "programs", click on "start up" and Paste it.
