Need correct billing code on a repair that was done on a sleep appliance. Appliance was repaired by lab .

Hi Kelle!
There is not a specific CPT code that relates to repair of a custom made oral appliance for OSA - but we have seen this code used to signify repairs for OA's:
K0739 - REPAIR OR NONROUTINE SERVICE FOR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN OXYGEN REQUIRING THE SKILL OF A TECHNICIAN, LABOR COMPONENT, PER 15 MINUTES
