I need ICD 10 Code for "Seasonal Asthma"
can we go with Unspecified asthma "J45909" or Other specified asthma "J45998"
pls help me

J45.909 stands for:
Unspecified asthma, uncomplicated
J45.998 stands for:
Other asthma
As there is not a specific ICD10 code currently available for "seasonal asthma", J45.998 with a narrative report describing the asthma is likely your best bet.
